When I started painting this large 65 cm x 48 cm in February 2020 little did I know that I was soon going to catch Covid and that it would become my self-isolation and then my lockdown painting.
The subject matter transported me to Hastings, Sussex, the town where I grew up and it shows the view from the pier where I spent so much time, shown on a blustery summer’s day.
I was really pleased that my best mate from school bought this one.
